Catie Lynch, LCSW
Therapist and Coach helping you to empower your self-love, discover your most authentic self and come home to yourselves.
I’ll guide you through the processes of self-discovery so you can engage in actions that truly make you feel good from the inside out.
Working with Catie Lynch, LCSW
I help women understand, process and assist in their healing processes. When we work together, I’ll help you to get in touch with your innermost self by engaging in actions that foster and empower you to love yourself as you currently are.
You might be facing fear or discomfort around letting go of control surrounding your food and exercise choices. The fear of weight gain and body changes can feel crippling. When we work together, I’ll help you to release the fear, feel empowered in your choices and eat intuitively.
Befriend Your Body Group Program
Body image is one of those tricky things that sticks with us long after recovery from an ED. Using the HAES (Health At Any Size) model, we work through common challenges and hold space to process issues that come up throughout the program. You’ll learn how to live a bigger life beyond focusing on your body.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
“I’ve had some really tough experiences with treatment professionals in the eating disorder field in the past, so I just want you to know that your kindness means the world to me. There are not many people who genuinely care about their clients and I’m grateful we crossed paths.”
“Catie is one of the top therapists I’ve ever worked with and truly has a passion for her work. She is genuine, kind and listens with both her head and heart. It’s reassuring to know Catie has also done her own work with her eating disorder and it’s obvious in how she shows up for work.”
Through the giggles, the tears, and even the silence, Catie has been there when it felt like no one else was, never failing to remind me of how proud she is.
Hi there! I’m Catie Lynch, a licensed clinical social worker that loves helping women reconnect to their true selves. I specialize in eating disorders and body image but love to work with a variety of presenting concerns.
I utilize a relational and interpersonal approach that looks at the entire individual emotionally, mentally and physically. That means that I’ll hold space for you on your toughest days and challenge you to grow into the best version of yourself throughout our time together.
When I’m not holding space for my clients, you can find me being a mom and exploring Chattanooga.
